I can find no reviews for Worldmark Estes Park. Has anyone on TUG stayed there? I am looking for a place to take my grandchildren next year and I can rent a 3 bedroom here. What is the condition of the property - I thought it was new but can't find confirmation. We love the Rocky Mountain National Park so the location is great. Just want to make sure the accommodations are good.
Thank you.

Hi Des Moines. Former Urbandale here. Grew up in Beaverdale.

We went to Estes Park in June for several years. There was a conversation here about Worldmark not long ago.

We always stayed at the Golden Eagle, which is about four or five blocks from the Worldmark, back toward town on Riverside. The last time we were there, proably three Junes ago, the buildings that are now Worldmark were there and it seems like they had just been been built. Worldmark bought the existing buildings and is planning on or is building more.

It is a nice location, but the resort is likely not any nicer than Ram's Horn Village. It is a riverfront setting, the river being very small by my standards. There is a trout lake in that area, too. The elk are abundant along the river and along Riverside Drive.

There is also a campground near there, and a huge campground next to Ram's Horn Village.

Thanks for the links. They have been very helpful. Especially the pictures at the Worldmark owners link. I appreciate the help. I think we will go for it!

JLB - We lived in Urbandale for over twenty years, and then moved into the city. We love being in DM.

Me too. Nice place. I still have some things going on up there.

If you get down to Branson and Table Rock Lake, don't forget I'm here. We meet timeshare folks for golf or time on the lake or dinner or a show . . .
