Other Royals Selling Prices
I saw two suites, even and odd years at the Hacienda's go for $1 (week 43) and $100 (week 14) last week. Both were advertised on TUG, and I was late on both of them.

Royal prices are not coming back and if anything seem to be falling again. I saw a week 14 EOY at the Sands sell at 911.50 in the last couple of weeks. These prices are a joke compared to what Royals sold for 10 years ago.
