You have stated that Snap Travel is an Outside Vendor. The telephone number is the same for both RCI and Snap Travel. I think it is fair to assume that when a Snap Travel customer calls this number, they speak to a RCI VC. So my question is this.

Does any of our yearly membership fee go to pay the VCs that service Snap Travel's Customers?

geekette is correct -- each time a thread is bumped "up" it actually goes to the end of the line. Sorry for the delay.

My contact changed for this particular issue so I've resubmitted my question and am waiting for a response myself. I should have an answer shortly.

My understanding is that snaptravel.com is similar to RCI's Holiday Network program, and it is self-sustaining.

However, I will add that your subscription fees entitle you to certain benefits, including EV magazine, exchange privileges, and Extra Vacations/Last Call. As long as these are being provided as agreed, I am not in a position here to provide more details about RCI's revenue. Information for public consumption, including the company's annual report, is available at cendant.com.
