This is a 3 bedroom unit in the 300 bldg at Barrier Island Station, Duck, North Carolina. It is one of the few walk-in units at this resort. It has 2 baths and combination living, dining and kitchen area. Also has fireplace and washer/dryer. It is available for 2013. Maintenance fees are about $610 per year. We will pay all transfer and closing fees.
