When do MFs starting leaking out? [Monarch]

When are MFs finalized for the upcoming year again? I know they start showing up in the Marriott system in Nov but they usually starting leaking out before. Does anyone recall when? Should be soon I would think.

For DC its already leaked.
 
We got the notices and voting proxies about two weeks ago for SurfWatch's and Barony Beach's Annual Meetings. Don't they all take place around the same time, late October or early November? I wouldn't expect to see any budget reports until mid-November at the earliest. :shrug:

I voted my proxy for 2 Hyatt weeks over the weekend and their proposed budgets were up about 3-3 1/2%. Haven't seen anything on our Canyon Villa weeks that I remember.

Marriott Monarch 2bedroom/2bath

2012 Total Maintenance 1082.26
2013 Total Maintenance 1128.86

$46.60 (4.13%) increase
 
Joe, is this an estimated 2013 amount that the board still has to vote on? We'll be reviving the MF tables in the sticky picking up with the 2013 amounts, but it's best to use the actual amounts billed/due in January. (My resorts don't release estimates, first notice we get is the bill itself.)

Yes estimates.
 
Custom House estimate shows a 9% increase for 2013 to $1254. IMHO still a fair MF for such a nice summer TS but an unacceptable yearly increase.
