Are you planning on going to this resort? If you are please let me know what you think of it.... it looks very interesting to me.... I also wonder if the waterpark is open year around... since we would be meeting our kids and their families NEXT Thanksgiving or Christmas there I wonder if there are alot of things to do with little kids... 3 and 5 at the time.... Dave

When staying with RCI you are considered the General Public. It is pricey. If you are staying a wee,; 1 full day and 1 after 5 is probably enough. You can use the regular pools on other days but they can get really crowded. We bought a 3 day pas and only went for about 2 hours on the 3rd day. If you have children over 12 but under 18 you might want to get a kids activity card for them and then get a 3 or 5 day pass. You would still need to drive them to the park but you wouldn't have to stay the whole time with them. I thought the park was exhausting after a few hours. The kids got tired too but had more steam than me.

We did the sales presentation for the free waterpark tickets and I was just glad we survived - literally.

We were driven all over the resort by a 20 something who was chugging red bull the entire time. Could not believe how fast he was driving. They keep you captive in their car for nearly this entire presentatioin.

I frequently go to sales presentations for the gifts, but this one is the worst (yes eve worse then Westgate).

They do have a tubing park here and it is a rather mild one that would be perfectly suitable for younger kids.

We own at Massanutten and did the presentation for the free tickets. My thought was since we already owned there it wouldn't be that bad. I was very very wrong. We were even called foolish for not trading the one we had. Honestly though when we go back I plan to do them again and I will have a nice print out from ebay where they are selling for less than $500.

Look around online though because last year when we went I was able to find some discount tickets to the waterpark.
