Selling Timeshares Inc. - ever heard of it?

I have started looking for my first timeshare purchase and started at the TUG market place. The property that was listed connected me to a company "Selling Timeshares, Inc" operated out of New York and California. Wanted to know if anyone had experience with them or feedback.
