Nice to hear about what's going on in my own backyard. Except for the ski season and July there is quite a bit of availability in Park City.

It will be hard to beat Westgate.

Thanks for sharing. Park city is very hard to exchange into during ski season and they could use more timeshares.

From the article:
In the coming weeks, Lantern Asset Management is expecting to announce a partnership similar to that with Hyatt and Escala Lodges with a prominent timeshare company.
There have been rumors that HGVC was planning to expand into Park City in 2012 -- could this be the property? HGVC has been expanding by purchasing / partnering with existing properties (Anderson Club in Myrtle Beach, Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, GP properties in Carlsbad, etc.), so this would definitely fit with that same business model.

If this turns out to be the case, remember I called it here first! (and if this is not the case, never mind! :D )
