Got a taker for the property! Thanks for all the inquiries!

See? "Price" it correctly and it goes to a happy new owner. It is the thought that your week/ownership is somehow "special" and "worth" far more than the market supports (which in most cases is now zero) that prevents a transfer to a new owner. Far too many then rush into paying hundreds or thousands to be relieved of their ownership rather than simply offering it for nothing and maybe even paying the cost of the transfer. Far better and cheaper then these all too often scam based "timeshare relief" operations.

If you're done with it for whatever reason then price it right even if that means giving it away.
