All you need is a copy of your deed and I will handle the rest. :whoopie:
Except you will need to sign the new deed of course;)
And you will be free of those every rising annual fees once and for all.

We are no longer taking non- Platinum Vistana Villages

We are still taking Vistana Resort weeks, am even looking for every other year units. Greg

We are becoming more selective and now just want prime fixed weeks, Summer, Xmas New Years, or Platinum Floats.

Two Bedroom Vistana Springs - Week 1

I know you are selective and want Vistana prime weeks but just in case let me remind you I have two prime July weeks, 26 and 28, at Westgate Villas, Orlando, two bdr/two baths, FREE to a new owner.

We have a 2 bedroom Lockoff unit at Sheraton Vistana Villages, Bella Florida; floating week. Are you still looking to buy these units?

Hi, Sheryl. Can you share with me what the Bella Florida section is? Is it newer, older, closer, further, etc? I have been looking for something at this resort, but I can never figure out which sections are more or less desirable. Thanks. I may be interested for personal use, if Greg is not interested.
