The unit trades in RCI weeks, can be split and deposited as 2 separate 1-bd units.

Usage Begins in 2012

I will pay all closing costs (thru JRA Services) and the resort transfer fee.

Maintenance Fees of approximately $600 will be due on Jan 1, 2012.
