All, for no real reason other than it's interesting, I split out the 2BR Platinum properties, and uploaded a file to the link below that shows the result. They average 3,837 points.

No conclusions or hypothesis here, just interesting to see presented this way.

One small flaw with ratios

Some of the resorts like AZ, include tax in MF where the CA you get billed separately, so it will throw the ratios off a little.
