Free HUGE timeshare

Located on the Gulf side of FL, its called: Sutherland Crossings Resort
A 3 bedroom, 2 full baths timeshare house that can sleep a max of 8 people.
The week is 3rd week, its a RED time, it trades with 3 systems.

Big families and people with friends will no longer be crowded :cheer:

I will pay transfer costs, so you get it free, and just pay the maintenance fee for 2011
The fee for 2011 is: $950

I found this one listed in RCI and here is the website.

And be third week, do you mean week 3, which would be check in around the 21st of January or so? Have you deposited your 2011 week somewhere?

And yes, please, what are the maintenance fees?

I have not deposited the week with any of the exchange companies.

I went to the resort's webpage and looked up present for sale available units. They are priced in the $500 to $2 or $3K range with Easter week priced at 4K. It is one of the few resorts I have seen which lists its for sale weeks in a very resonable price range, not the unreasonable pie in the sky $20K +/- of Orlando.

It's odd I have never seen this resort available when viewing II. :shrug:

Exchanges into both II and RCI

You can see right on the web site main page at the bottom, it exchanges with RCI and II.

It also exchanges with Vacation Exchange Club, but the resort does not brag about that as it much less known.

Just curious,

If you own a week this early in the year -- and a lot of mf are usually due in Jan -- how are exchanges when depositing at such a short timeframe?

Can you deposit the week earlier even you have not paid mf?

Its no issue, I did this last year, I deposited the week in Oct, and I wondered the same thing, so I called the resort. They just had me pay the previous year mf and then I was able to deposit the week. When the actual bill came out, we just paid the difference.
