contract obligations

In our TS purchase agreement maintenance fee increases would be tied to the CPI in the US. The first increase in the fee was significantly above the CPI; hence, to me this appears to be a breach of contract. Do I have any rights by US law as the management company is based in Miami. ie. does this void the contract.

Maybe, but if this TS is in Mexico, I think it would be very difficult to challenge it in court.
