Advice on a good closing company please

So we found a timeshare we would like to purchase from an owner, on the resale market, and as the buyer we will pay all closing costs, including a title search to make sure title is clear, and we will choose the closing company. In the past we used First American, but the last time we used them it took forever to close, and part of it was their fault, and not the resort's. Can anyone recommend a good closing company please? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Have you looked at the TUG TS related business ratings? It's a subforum of this forum.
