How can I figure out my trading power for RCI and another question

History:
My FIL gave us his Puerto Vallarta TS a few years ago.
Villa Del Palmer- Studio, Floating Red winter week.
We used it for 2 years, then I banked '07 and deposited lasted year ('07 & '08 weeks) with II. I still have '09 on deposit with II. We were able to get a DVC studio exchange for my 2 weeks and 2 bonus weeks, which I used at again for DVC (1 of them being Christmas week!) in 2008

Question:
ok so since DVC is now with RCI, what kind of trading power do I have (if any ) for DVC?
I don't exclusive trade for DVC. I do trade/travel to other places but I usually go to Disney once every 15 months on average anyways.
I have just deposit my TS with RCI but something is wrong with RCI website (isn't that surprising ) and I can't see anything for exhange.

I know that VDP-Mx isn't the greatest anymore for trading...but it seem really good with II. (sure wish DVC had stayed with II)

2nd Question:
So if I've deposited my TS with RCI can I also deposit it with II too but only exchange it with one? I pretty sure I know the answer is NO (given up all rights to that week...bah, bah..legel junk, etc etc) but I thought I'd ask the really TUG experts to make sure.

No, you couldn't deposit the exact same week with both RCI and II. But, if you belong to both exchange companies and that resort exchanges with both, it would seem that you could deposit the week in different years with either company. For example, deposit the 2010 week with RCI and the 2011 week with II.
