[Totally FREE!] westgate vacation villas - i will pay transfer fee

im trying to get rid of my westgate vacation villa, kissimmee, fl
week 22
2009 maintenance fee and taxes = $613/yr
1 bedroom, sleeps 4
i will pay all transfer costs, then its yours for free.
 
I wished you posted this before...

My co worker's friend just purchased one for $16,000. I told him they should rescind and I can get another one for lesser amount and they won't listen.
They wanted summer week...and I think you have summer week.
What a waste of $16,000.
 
Are you asking for reimbursement of the 2009 MF?

no-i am not asking for reimbursement of the 2009 maintenance fees.
i just wanted the potential buyer to get a general idea what the yearly fees are going to be.

You try to tell some folks and they just look at you like you have 3 heads and proceed forward. Hey, it happened with my own mother when she went to Mexico. What can you do? :doh:
 
Who is the trading company?

Can you please tell me which trading company this timeshare uses? Can you please give me any info you have on the company (e.g., transfer fees, banking, etc.)? Thx.

Unfortunately I have too many timeshares to take advantage of this offer but one thing to consider - this unit may have a Westgate preference to trade to Westgate Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Of course, I am not sure on that but it would be worth considering if you are looking to increase your timeshare holdings. Funtime

i have someone interested. i have submitted my paperwork to the transfer company and the buyer is getting an estoppel letter done before he finalizes his paperwork. there should be no problem with the estoppel letter. if he changes his mind for some other reason, i will let everyone know.
