Trade Value of Lake Tahoe?

I'm considering buying a timeshare resale in the Ridge Resort, Lake Tahoe but I can't find any info re: trade value. Some people say Tahoe is very desirable for trade value and some say its not. Any one know? How can you check trade power before buying? Thanks

i'm really interested in finding out if Tahoe itself is a desirable region for trade value.

Resorts: Island Links (HHI-RCI points), Sandals Ocho Rios, SBP, Riptide II, OceanTime, WS and RV Massanutten, FSA, MWR
I think as an area in general it does have value. The highest value is going to be those with direct easy access to the slopes during ski season and those with good lake access during the summer season. I know the Marriott's and Hyatt's there would have a strong trade value in both summer and winter. During Spring and Fall the desirability will be less for all the resorts.

I am not familiar with the Ridge but I can see loads of availability in II in studios, and 1 bedrooms and even a few 2 bedrooms during both summer and winter so I wouldn't think it would be the best trader but it might be fair to good.
