I am in Mexico until Sunday. Just purchased through Vida. The contract states the requirement for certified mail w/ return receipt. My question is how does one go about sending a letter certified and w /return receipt in mexico?
That's why they want you to endure their 'presentation' (thumbscrew session) early- like before Tuesday- of your vacation. That makes it over 5 days before you are out of Mexico and can get to a familiar post office.
Hand write a rescission letter, with contract number, dates, and both signer's signatures. Go to a Mexican post office. CORREO. It won't be as convenient as at home, but will save you thousands of dollars. A good use of your time, no?
