Says maintenance fee is $440 a year but that seems high for an EOY?

Hard to tell if it's a good deal because most of the bidding will be with less than a minute left, so no idea how much it will sell for. Also, no indication if this is a large or small 1BR - I'd ask him for the week and unit number on the deed and call the resort and find out what it is. The $440 maintenance fees sounds way too high if paid every year for a 1BR. Also, it's kind of unclear if you'll have to pay the maintenance fee for this year, but the fine print says you have to pay maintenance fee and sounds like it has not been paid for 2010 and the best weeks have already passed. Appears seller is paying the closing costs. I'd ask a lot of questions to clarify some of these items before bidding.

The MF for an EOY unit is about half the EY fee +$20, so the the rate quoted ($440) doesn't seem right.
