I am considering buying a time share in Thailand through this company(timesharebrokerservices.com) and was wondering if they are reputable.
They are asking a 'Good Faith Deposit' saying:
"I will send you a Good Faith Deposit form and our License information. Keep in mind we do not charge your credit card. Chicago Title will hold Escrow and once the contracts are in they will then charge your card" so they want my credit card details even though I haven't seen a contract yet.
The question is will I lose my money if the deal does not go through with the seller and am I facing other risks including financial?

I would ask to send all funds to Chicago Title - a reputable closing company. If everything goes through Chicago title, you have nothing to worry about.

If you want to post exactly what you are buying and paying, we can give more detailed advice.
