Vacation Village in the Berkshires

Going in mid June. Where should we ask to stay? Would like quiet area with a view, preferably near the outdoor pool. Where should we avoid?

Check with the resort, they may be doing construction in the area. We were going to Oak and Spruce but when we heard about construction, we changed our minds.

If you are going when school lets out, the pool area will be noisy and crowded. I would try to get into a building away from the pool and main building.

Many of the units have lost their "views" because of tree growth. There are some newer bldgs in the upper area near the pool that might have a view. WiFi is wretched. Best times are 4Am-6am. We were there last Fall.

We are owners, but haven't visited in several years. We bought when the resort was new and there was alot of building going on. Last time we were there, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable.
Very curious if management has kept the property nice and if they regularly update. Does anyone have any information about this?
