I am anxiously waiting for the ROFR to go through for our EOY Koolina TS. So we are in escrow and the current owner has already reserved a lock-off and week for next year (the first time we can use it) but we already know we can not do that week reserved. She said it was a good week and reserved before we went in escrow. We want to use our week next year with the lock-off option (using the 1 bedroom and depositing the studio for a trade for 2014-hopefully). I believe she said she owns 2 TS so she should have the option of reserving 13 months in advance. So should I have her change it for me (if she still can) to a week in June? Since she already did the lock-off how does that work?

If she can not, then what and how do I do it once it is ours? Any suggestions on what to do?

She can change the reservation date for a fee. She would have to own two Marriott weeks and reserve concurrent or consecutive weeks to book at 13 months.
