I own a one bedroom unit for two weeks every year contract. It is paid in full and all maintenance fees are up to date. The anniversary date is June 26 of each year and the maintenance fees of $634/week are due each July 1st. I can do the closing myself and will pay the $350 transfer fee. This is a simple process and takes 10-14 days. New owner will be able to make a reservation June 26th.
Owning RAVC allows you to make a reservation at any of their nine resorts; Honolulu, Maui, Kona, Lake Tahoe, Branson, Chandler, Oregon, Spain or Acapulco.
