Is the $725 maintenance fee due every other year?

That it include all fees and taxes?

Has this resort ever charged an assessment?

Yes, mf is paid every other year.

The MF cost is all in, from 2015, as I have not got a figure for 2017 yet.

I am not aware of any past or future assessments.

Great summer week in the Carolina's that also trades in RCI very well.

38 TPU's got me two 2 BR spring break vacations from RCI.

Yes, still available.

I have reserved July 1 to July 8th, 2017 in order to ensure there is a prime summer week for use/deposit.

Would work with 'buyer' to either re-book another week (based on availability), or get week transferred if they refunded the MF amount paid (resort requires paying estimated MF prior to reservation being made).

It's not on the beach, but they do provide a shuttle. Driving to Surfside beach takes about 10 minutes.
You cannot really walk from this resort to the beach.

Confirmed. Not on the beach, but close proximity (5-10 minutes drive depending on which beach you are referring to).

The resort has a limited number of park passes to the the Huntington Beach State park that you can use for free (1st come 1st served - gets a vehicle and occupants in). Great beach - one of my all times favs.

Still available.

Reserved July 1-8, 2017 for use. Requires reimbursement of MF if you want to use 2017 and that is firm.

The fees for 2016 were $792 for a week, and that would be the estimated fee for 2017.

It has gone up each year, but still a bargain for RCI exchanges, compared to other resorts with the same MF per TPU. I assume some people are not paying their fees as they should, and that is why fees are increasing.

Yes, this is a good trader when you look at TPU/MF$. Especially for someone that does not want to trade too much - every other year makes a good fit.

I have Wyndham pts and get the RCI account "free" as it is included in the program fee. Makes having an every other year trader work out okay.

I like the resort and love the area (SC is great). Just too many TS and need to cut back a bit otherwise I would keep this.
