Free to a good home is a silver one bedroom week at Sheraton Broadway Plantation. 2016 maintenance was only 423.43.

I own too many weeks which is why I've been giving some some away.

I will do the transfer and pay all transfer fees. You won't owe a cent until the maintenance is due on 1/1/2017.

These can be used for some pretty good trades with Interval because of several factors:

1) First, all Starwood/Vistana weeks get first look at exchanges into other Starwood/Vistana resorts such as Westin Ka'anapali.

2) Second, Starwood/Vistana deposits seem to get higher trading power into other Starwood/Vistana resorts.

3) Third, you can place an ongoing search for other one bedroom units. This gives you priority over those who wait until bulk deposits are visible on the website. Note that the maintenance is relatively low for a name brand one bedroom.

The combination of these factors has allowed me to consistently get very good trades using this week.

(If you want to actually stay at Broadway Plantation using the week, the Silver season is for weeks 2-6, 49-50.)

Here are the trades I've made while I've owned the week:
2011 Westin Ka'anapali one bedroom
2012 Westin Ka'anapali studio
2013 Westin Ka'anpaali two bedroom
2014 Westin Ka'anapali two bedroom
2015 Lakeside Terrace two bedroom
2016 not used yet


Your maintenance and use year would start January 1, 2017. As soon as the unit is transferred you can choose to deposit your 2017 usage to Interval and book an exchange. (Starwood/Vistana will require that you prepay the estimated 2017 maintenance at the time you deposit.)
