I understand OV, IV and OF, Deluxe OV (I think is a corner unit) so OFD might be corner unit ocean front, OFC is the unit in the middle. I hope I guess these correctly. The questions I have are : 1. Some resale mention "Premium Ocean View" is it just the same as OV ? 2. When I search WKORV resale, I see 1BR and 2BR, but also once a "1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Lockout Premium Ocean View" ? Can I assume it's only typo (No such things as 1BR L/O). 3. Since the 2BR in WKORV is a 1BR+ studio, do they sell studio? 4. Does WKORV OR WKORVN have 1BR OF? 5. When you own WKORV, you have 8-12 months to reserve your home resort, so what if you want WKORVN or Nanea, >8 months?

I understand OV, IV and OF, Deluxe OV (I think is a corner unit) so OFD might be corner unit ocean front, OFC is the unit in the middle. I hope I guess these correctly. The questions I have are : 1. Some resale mention "Premium Ocean View" is it just the same as OV ? Yes; "premium" is the basic suite; the "deluxe" units are the larger, corner units. 2. When I search WKORV resale, I see 1BR and 2BR, but also once a "1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Lockout Premium Ocean View" ? Can I assume it's only typo (No such things as 1BR L/O). Yes. 3. Since the 2BR in WKORV is a 1BR+ studio, do they sell studio? No. 4. Does WKORV OR WKORVN have 1BR OF? Not for sale as such; it exists only by locking off a suite 5. When you own WKORV, you have 8-12 months to reserve your home resort, so what if you want WKORVN or Nanea, >8 months? No; WKORV, WKORVN, and Nanea are separate developments, so a StarOption reservation somewhere other than where you own is 0 - 8 months.

My answers to your questions are in red above.

Your first two questions are a result of poor listing descriptions. They do show why one always needs an estoppel (which Starwood calls a "Resale Information Sheet") before purchasing.

You are correct that OFD are the 24 corner OF units and OFC are the 12 center OF units.
