2014 maintenance fee paid and Memorial Day (May 24 - 31, 2014) week reserved for your use.
Deeded floating unit: Float Season – weeks 1-23 and 36-52
Owner used week includes 10 free hours of boat time. each year!! They have a TriToon fishing boat, 3 tritoon, and 2 deck boats, there is a 2 hour min or 4 hour max per day. Schedule time 24 hours ahead for usage. Owers pay for gas.
2013 Maintenance fee was $580.
Booked same week last year and it was worth 20 TPUs.
Will use Sunrise Title for deed transfer.
Must notify HOA 30 days in advance with new owners name, contact information, etc.
Reason for selling, moved to Tennessee.
