Also, for the information of other readers, Villa La Estancia are fractional or full ownership properties of the Villa Group and membership of any of Villa del Palmar resorts does not entitle you to usage there. The only exception to this is if you hit one of their Elite level membership in their new VPA membership that is only available via developer purchase with huge $$$.

I spoke to the OP and she seems legit. This is a gold membership; studio with maintenance around $600. As you can see, she is new to TUG so if you are interested it is probably best to call on the number she provided. This didn't work for us because we were looking for a bigger unit.
