Change Deed & Record at Orange County

Dear all,

I am new at the fourm but i read here for a lot of time and learn alot

I have a question and i would like to help your knowledge please

Me and My wife visit at Wyndham Bonnet Creek at Orlando 3 years ago and bauget a unit at the resort.

Now we getting divorced and we decide that the ownership will stay only at my name, I spoke to Wyndham customer service and they infrom me that i need to make new deed (at my name only) and record it at Orange county

The problem is that we live in Israel and we can't arrive to the us only for this issue, may someone please help me and explain how I can make the new deed? I understand that I need to contact someone "Title company"

How do I reach them? what will be the charge for this kind and serivce?

You could do this yourself, but my advice would be to hire a service to draw up the new deed and record it for you.

Heres one I use.. the recording fee and their fee should be under $400

Visit http://justdeeds.com.. Operated by a Florida attorney and title agency that specializes in timeshares. Cost for a Florida quit claim preparation is $95.

If you need other services such as an estoppels or resort notification, they are available. This company has a nice set up that allows you to just purchase the specific services you need.

you can trust them? beacuse i don't have any experince at this process and i don't looking for high fees or to be cheat
