Can anyone explain to me how rci can force us to pay our grounds fees a year in advance to secure our home week.

regal vista paying points a year in advacne to get home week

- A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
It really isn't rci. It's Massanutten. I owned at summit which floated 1-52. If I wanted week 52 I would have to prepay mf's 18-24 months in advance. I own other resorts that do not make you prepay if using home week but will if you are using rci or interval and another that doesn't make me prepay to use rci points borrowing a year in advance.
It is completely up to the resort and the HOA on how they handle securing reservations and collecting mf's.
