Just from their name it sounds like another scam.

Any of these companies that call you are trying to scam you. They will have all kinds of excuses why they need your money upfront, but it is just a scam.

Corporate Getaways of Wilmington, DE called me saying they had sold my NY Hilton timeshare. I'm very leery about it. Said a buyer had put down 15,000 in a holding company called 1st Delaware Holding, Inc. I am supposed to put down 2000 which I'll get back when the deal closes. Sounds like a scam. I found the website for Corporate Getaways but could not find anything about the holding company.

Anytime a "resale company" calls YOU to say they have a buyer it is one of many red flags that they are not legitimate. Others are asking for money from the seller when all common sense and logic says any fees, etc should come from the sales price and the third is are
the required use of their closing company.

Your "offer" meets at least two if not all three. You are well advised to avoid this group or risk losing your money. Be glad you checked up here.

Corporate Getaway's website was created in 2011 and their business address is a mail drop. Why a mail drop instead of a true business office? Because boiler rooms are cheaper to rent. Enough said.
