Free - Week 44 at Stonebridge Village in Branson
We're giving away our fixed Week 44 timeshare at the Gold Crown rated Stonebridge Village in Branson. Week 44 is typically the end of Oct/first of Nov making it a great time of the year to visit.
This is a GREAT time to visit Branson for Christmas SHOPPING!
Unit is a 2BR.
Stonebridge is within a mile of the Silver Dollar City entrance and is just a short 5 minute drive to a public marina on Table Rock lake. There are two very nice swimming pools onsite (one has a kids area) and the golf course is one of the top courses in Missouri.
Seller will pay all closing costs. MF are current for 2015. Maintenance fees were $692 in 2015. Week should be available for use if purchased soon.
