2012 annual maintenance fees have been paid, it was around $700. Floating week, all weeks are Red season. This timeshare is with Preferred Status Exchange which has resorts in Western US and 2 in Hawaii, and PSE has no exchange fee within PSE resorts, so you can exchange your Vista Mirage week for a 2 bedroom week in Hawaii. Or you can elect to deposit your week in RCI Weeks or Points, II, or Trading Places. You have access to bonus time at any PSE resort. Currently this timeshare has 3 days left on 2012 use year, and also there is a 2 day reservation at San Luis Bay Inn, near San Luis Obispo, Ca for 9/8 and 9/9. Weeks can be split in PSE, or carried over into the following year.

Wyndham is the property management company for Vista Mirage, and Wyndham owns Preferred Status Exchange.

I still have this for free. Maintenance fees paid through 2015. 2015 use year has no reservation, yet. After July 1, 2015, 2015 use year without reservation gets charged a $35 fee, which buyer will be responsible for paying at time of transfer.
