[2013]FREE: Dominican Republic Timeshare: Melia Vacation Club : Punta Cana - No fees!

I inherited this from my dad. The 2013 fee is already paid, and the week is available for use.

When I last went to the timeshare (2009) there was a all inclusive fee (food+drink) for $75 per person per night. I do not know if that is still the price, but I imagine the all inclusive fee still exists. According to the contract, the week is exchangeable.

The studio is described as "Consists of a room with two double beds or one king size bed, complete bathroom with sink, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, vanity mirror, as well as coffee maker, cups, tv via satellite, safety deposit box, and compat bar at the disposal of the member, with a maximum occupancy of four persons, private occupancy of two persons."

When did you inherit it? You could refuse it.

As an owner, when you reserve a week are you considered a Royal Service guest or do you have to pay the upcharge for Royal Service? I know when we trade into this resort thru RCI you are automatically Royal Service and just pay the all-inclusive fee but I am not sure if that's true being an owner. We have a trip planned here in November so if you still have it after that date, I may be interested. Looks like a great resort.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana
