In looking through RCI to use points for Wyndham Flagstaff, they have 4
different occupancy/privacy numbers for the two bedroom units. I understand that there's a lockoff version, a plus version, and a "normal" version. The listing shows them as 6(4), 8(4), 6(6), and 8(8). I can't figure out which is which.

2BR Plus: 8(8) <-- King Master, Queen BR#2, Dbl Twins, QSofa [Loft w/Jacuzzi on Deck]

2BR L/O: 8(4) <-- King master, Queen master, 2Q Sofas

2BR Dlx: 6(4) <-- King Master, Dbl Twins, Q Sofa

2BR Plus: 6(6) <-- King Master, Queen BR#2, Double Twin, NO QSofa [these are fairly rare odd-ball loft units -- think there are only 3-4 like this on the whole property]

We stayed at the flagstaff resort a couple of months ago, it was the 8/8 deluxe with the private hot tub on the deck. It was one of the nicest units and settings we have ever stayed at. Beautiful two story great room, with a gas log fireplace.

If you're still around...did you rent or exchange into this unit? I am looking for the 2 br loft unit with the jacuzzi on the balcony (except for "the summer") and would like to get an idea what the cost might be - or if someone knows the "maintenance fee"...Oops, time to start thinking about the NEW YEAR....

We own at Flagstaff and always stay in the 2 bedroom with hot tub units when we go...love it! We bought a converted fixed week resale from Sumday (182K points) at a great price. Our maintenance fees are about $750 per year. We actually got a better price from Sumday than eBay...I looked for about 6 months before we jumped in and bought it....
Oh, we paid $850 all in..included closing costs and transfer fees. This was about 2years ago.
