ANYONE USE Resort Solutions Specialist ??? Sent them money 65 days ago (they stated finished in less than 60 days) to help us sell timeshare and throughout our searches online in past 3 days we see that Resort Solutions Specialist is connected to an Orlando Fl group called Maverick Timeshare Marketing. Does anyone have experience with either of these companies? Websites are resortsolutionsspecialist.com and mavericktimesharemarketing.com . Thank you .

Any company that charges a large upfront fee to sell or rent your timeshare is a scammer.

You should immediately:

Send them an email cancelling the contract - don't bother calling - pointless.
Send them a certified letter - return receipt requested, cancelling the contract.
Dispute the charges with your credit card company.

Don't delay on this - you are at the end of the timeframe when you can still dispute it - do it TODAY!

Do not bother to call Resort Solutions Specialist - they will only tell you more lies and try to delay you past the time when you can dispute it with your credit card. They won't give you your money back, but you need to cancel the contract anyway, so you can dispute it with your credit card company, and the credit card can give you your money back.
