Wyndham Points no ARP glacier Canyon

Looking at getting into the wyndham points system. want to do 4 nights annually at glacier canyon (not prime season the week before ) possibly 4 nights value season and maybe some other locations as we go. can get a steal on eBay for 182 K points at the Oceanside. We would like to go here as well.

How hard is it to get non prime weeks (we are pretty flexible with exact dates) at glacier canyon?

It's doable 10 months in advance at the immediate opening of the online system.
