I have an friend who would like to give away these Wyndham points connected to Ocean Walk in Daytona Beach, FL. Mortgage is paid in full. She is asking that the new owner would pay the closing and transfer fees, as well as the remainder of the 2014 maintenance fees.

The maintenance fees are $78.17/month, transfer fees are $299 , and closing with Legal Timeshare Transfer would be approximately $125.
