II AC - expires 2/10/2014 - providing at cost

I didn't even realize I had this one since I have two II accounts! I can't use it and am offering it at cost. This is restricted to a very limited grid, but perhaps someone can take advantage of it.

It has a very restricted grid. It appears to have the same cost for studios up to 2br. The exchange fee is 214 plus there would be a $49 guest certificate fee.

I made a doc with the grid attached to this AC. If it's not on the grid, it can't be requested (no flex searching on this one). Since I gain nothing on this one, please make sure your requested time in on the chart.

Hopefully this is the proper place to post this. I thought a new area was being set up in the classifieds, but it seems really difficult to get to.

I have a similar AC with the same grid -- strangely the grid shows Boston as a possible exchange but when you try for it, nothing is available. I feel this is one of those nearly worthless ACs.
