I picked up the Wyndham faces + places which flipped open to page 8. There it was " Wyndham green lied-ing the way". Are they admitting something we all know to be true? Nah,

Well, I didn't know what you were talking about until I got home and went through my mail. When I saw the magazine, I flipped over to page 8 to see for myself, and voila! You are absolutely right. They are "Lied-ing" here too

I wonder whose head will roll over this one?

The weird thing is that's not a Club Wyndham resort, so why did they put it in our magazine?! Just because Wyndham owns it? Who gives a crap?

It's all due to the hopeless inaccuracies of today's modern technological society, and how it relates to modern man, or woman.

It's a conference center and hotel for the company that provides the Arbor Day sustainable coffee the resorts use. It was Wyndham's way of trying to get some good PR supporting conservation.

Wow! Didn't anyone see this as humorous? U know, leading the way, lieing the way? If their lips are moving etc. It's a timeshare pun! Or isn't that permitted on tug?

Glad to hear that. The comments were dissecting the reason rather than the thought.

Wyndham planted and remodeled theb arbor day foundation's convention center, which happens to be called "Lied. Wyndham put in their faces + places quarterly magazine an ad titled" lied-ing the way"
Instead of leading the way, Wyndham is lie- ing the way.

A play on words.

Adding to the irony is that across from that article is the "warning" about scams related to getting out of your timeshare. Then a few pages later is a conveniently placed ovation article.

They "lied" to people and for the most part scammed and hoodwinked people into getting into the timeshare but don't want them to get scammed getting out of it?! I really don't think they give a care what happens to their customers other than the fact that they don't want inventory going into a Viking ship when they can STEAL it legally through Ovation. "Scambusters" my ass!:hysterical:

Wyndham feels no remorse in selling a sucker as little as 77,000 points to a family of 4, and telling them they can go to see Disney World every year, and all the great places they can go. Maybe they should publish that scam!

Very amusing pun on words

The name Lied is well respected in this area. The Lied Foundation has contributed/supported much in the midwest as well as across the country.

Although I can't find anything to confirm, I can only assume the Lied Center at Arbor Day Lodge is named after the late Ernst Lied. I've spent countless hours, and some of my very best/proud parent memories are, in the Lied Center's for performing arts in both Lincoln and Omaha, NE.
