Has anyone every successfully used the contact us - email option on the owner website?
I've used it multiple times, usually requesting a response, and I've never heard anything back.
FWIW, from time to time I'll send an email. This morning, once again, I suggested they inform owners before they make changes (process or system).
I don't get it. I work in IT, we always have release notes and inform our customers in advance of changes coming. Seems like the right way to treat customers
I've yet to receive an email outlining the new changes, either. Sad that the way we hear is by trying to do something and being told we no longer can. Thankful for TUG, that's for sure. But pretty disappointing that this is Wyndham's mode of operation.
