Has anyone every successfully used the contact us - email option on the owner website?

I've used it multiple times, usually requesting a response, and I've never heard anything back.

FWIW, from time to time I'll send an email. This morning, once again, I suggested they inform owners before they make changes (process or system).

I don't get it. I work in IT, we always have release notes and inform our customers in advance of changes coming. Seems like the right way to treat customers :)

I've yet to receive an email outlining the new changes, either. Sad that the way we hear is by trying to do something and being told we no longer can. Thankful for TUG, that's for sure. But pretty disappointing that this is Wyndham's mode of operation.

Sandi ... us owners are serfs ... the king and queen care NOT to discuss their plans with us.

Hence, it is information on a need to know basis .. they need to know; we don't.

We just need to pay.

Another avenue is to send a snail mail letter to the following address:

Wyndham Vacation Ownership
Club Management
6277 Sea Harbor Driver
Orlando, FL 32821

It may not receive a response either, but at least I believe it reaches a different audience.

I have always received a response. It may take 3 or 4 business days.

I always receive a response as well in a few days but usually the issue is resolved or not going to be resolved by talking to someone over the phone. But concern is documented and time stamped.

I got a response...

Oh geez... here's their response to my request/suggestion they keep us better informed of changes:

MBX - CIM Cisco Service <svc-ciscoemail@wyn.com>

We do apologize and wish we had better news, but we’re not aware of the big changes supposedly being made. If there are big changes to come, Wyndham will always advise prior to the change via email or letter sent to your home address on file.

Shall you require any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to CLUB WYNDHAM. We would be more than happy to be of further assistance to you.
