housekeeping units returned

I have a situation where I had to cancel a reservation. I unfortunately do not remember using my credit pool for the reservation. When I cancelled it I had the points refunded to my present use year but the housekeeping credits went to my credit pool which has zero points in. i am trying to get them to put the housekeeping points in my current year so I can transfer the points to RCI before they expire before I lose them. I just had knee surgery so really want to put into rci. I only have 14 housekeeping credits in my current year. Anyone have success with having them put the housekeeping credits with the canceled points?

I had an issue very similar, except that they put everything into the credit pool, points, HK credits, etc. I called Wyndham and they fixed the issue immediately with no problems.
