Searching RCI via Club Wyndham

Every time I try to see available units for any resort listed in my search I get "SR001: General Error in the Search Engine".

Is this because I am not Gold or Platinum VIP and must deposit points first?

That may or may not be the case, but, not for that error code. Go ahead and give RCI a call and ask for the Wyndham/RCI rep. and describe the situation.

You do not have to deposit points into RCI in order to see availability in the Wyndham portal.
