I'm looking into acquiring a 4BR EOY lock off at Williamsburg Plantation for trading to mexico in II, and have been advised to try for a peak summer fixed week. I see a lot of floating weeks in Ebay and wondering how that works for trading. Can you book a summer week to deposit, or do you deposit it as a floating week. Can anyone comment on the trading power of a floating week from this resort in II?

I'm mainly looking to trade into Grand Luxxe and a couple of other premier level resorts in Cabo and Puerto / Nuevo Vallarta.

Thanks for any insight!

They trade quite well, including several exchanges into the Cancun Royals. You first must reserve a week with the resort before depositing it with II.
