I just finished closing on 2 Sheraton resales, so I'd like to give away this timeshare as it's the only one I own that trades in RCI.
This timeshare is located on Table Rock Lake in Branson, MO. There is a marina onsite if you want to bring your boat or jetskis. I have banked the 2014 week so the first year of use for the new owner would be 2015. I will pay closing and transfer costs.
2 bedroom/2 bath unit (sleeps 6)
Annual Floating Red/Prime week (weeks 11-52)
2014 Maintenance fees = $596 (billed in October, due January 1)

You are allowed to split the week into a 3-night and a 4-night stay (only one can be over a weekend) for a small fee.
