The Lawai Beach Resort elegant 1 Bedroom Units boast full kitchens, living and dining areas, free Wi-Fi, as well as washer/dryers and other thoughtful perks. Elsewhere within the resort, you can swim in one of the three pools, enjoy a round of miniture golf, tennis, or the up to date fitness facility. Every Sunday there is a complimentary Hula Show and Potluck dinner. One of the best snorkeling spots on the island is right across the street as well as delicious dining at the Beach house restaurant. Poipu Beach and the spouting horn are just minutes away.

We love this property

Thanks for the good wishes. In all our timeshare travels, we always loved coming back 'home' to Lawai. We can't air travel anymore, so we had to sell/giveaway all our timeshares. We aren't interested in banking.

We also have another Lawai with both 2016 and 2017 weeks reserved over the New Year. Listed in Marketplace.

Does the Banyan building have a/c?

A/C

Neither Banyan nor Coral have a/c. But, they have a phenomenal cross breeze off the ocean that goes right through the suite to the outside corridor. We have never even looked for, or dug out the supplied fans as they were never even considered.
