Lockoff Unit

Maintenance fees are $600 per year.

Trades through RCI or Interval.

I had a renter rent it from me in 2012 and 2014 and wants to rent it this year also 2016 for $1300, I will give the new owner her contact info as part of the deal.

For use this year 2016!

I am looking to be reimbursed for this years maintenance fees of $600 and buyer covers closing costs.
