I'm giving away my timeshare (actually 2).

Wyndham Sedona 49,000 points
Wyndham Pagosa 105,000 points

Combined regular fees for this are about $98/mo. I've already paid the 1st two payments for this year and all points are still available.

There are no loans or anything on this. Just haven't been able to use it since my wife and I started having kids. We've let others use the points as often as we've used them.

I would just ask that you pay any transfer fees. I believe the Wyndham transfer fee is $299.

$299 per contract so $598 total. Plus $300 total for XFer company if you use LT.

Still less than the same two contracts should cost someone in July.

BTW have you looked into the Ovation program?
