interested in purchasing pts for Marival Residence cLub but can't find info of pt requirements for rooms and seasons. Anyone have info on this.

It really depends on what type of unit you want and where you want.
Marival Resorts Studio - up to 30,000 (ocean view)
1 BR - up to 50,000 (ocean view)
2 BR - up to 70,000 (ocean view)
3 BR - up to 100,000
Residences Platinum 1 BR - up to 60,000 (+15,000 for PH)
2 BR - up to 90,000 (+15,000 for PH)
3 BR - up to 140,000 (+15,000 for PH)
There may be more levels, but those are the ones I know. We are Platinum 60,000 points, but I know people who have a lot more points than that.

Keep in mind there is an all-inclusive fee of $50 per day for adults members at the Resort and $85 per day at Residences.

I guess I misunderstood. I thought these had kitchens so no AI.

There are kitchens at residences. And my wife says that AI is not mandatory at the residences. It is mandatory at the resort and the hotel section is just that. In the 1-3 bedrooms there is a kitchenette.
